Please note that during Covid-19 we are still in business and shipping throughout the United States. We hope everyone will remain safe, and we will do our part to stay safe as well: sterilize each item before packaging and shipping and sending packages off through reputable mail services. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

TIME: please allow 10 days from the day ordered for product to arrive.

PAYMENT is handled through Square, a secure payment platform.

SHIPPING within the U.S. is $3.00 flat rate and no international shipping during this time.  You can order multiple items and not have to pay an additional shipping fee as long as the items are going to the same address. Please note that each order can only go to one address.  If you would like to send gifts or items to different addresses, you must create a separate order for each address.  Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase and - for U.S. orders - should arrive within 3-5 days from order and 5-10 days for international orders. REFUNDS will be handled on a case by case basis.  Please e-mail info@royalthings.com for refund requests. Please note that vintage items are delicate, and so please handle with care.  If vintage items are damaged please contact info@royalthings.com to coordinate refunds if that is the route you would like to take. Please note that each request will be handled on a case by case basis.

REPAIR - if a vintage item is damaged and you would like to have it repaired, please contact Amber at amber.royalthings@gmail.com. in order to request a repair and inquire if repair is possible.  Your request will be handled on a case by case basis. Please know that the jewelry is checked to make sure that it is in good to excellent condition.

ALLERGIES - we are not responsible for allergic reactions to metals or other materials we use during in our handcrafted pieces. We are also not responsible for allergic reactions that might occur in reaction to our vintage jewelry. If you have questions about the materials of a specific piece, please email amber.royalthings@gmail.com.

Typically, EXCHANGES.  However, refunds and repairs will be considered.
